Join this 30-day Movement Challenge to get us - and keep us moving - together. Challenge begins Monday, June 1st through June 30th. You are challenged to do 20 workouts throughout the 30 days of June. Each workout must include at least 30-minutes of continuous movement. These workouts can include a:
- walk or hike with the dog
- 30-minute run or jog
- workout from our On-Demand Library
- class from our Facebook LIVE options via The Movement Room
- any of our Live stream workouts
After June 30th, email your completed workout tracker to Dave to be entered into a drawing for a $100 or $50 Stow Fitness Center Gift Card. Winners must be a current Stow Fitness Center member and currently paying monthly dues. Stow Fitness employees or relatives are not qualified to win.
