The smaller the movement, the bigger the change! Barre fuses the very best of Pilates, Yoga, Strength and Cardio in a fun and effective training class! Experience the fitness sensation that will keep you on your toes. This is a challenging workout that targets your core, overall body strength and legs!
Maximum class size limited to 10 participants. Space is limited and online registration is required for each class.
Drop-ins are welcomed for $18 per class or purchase a 10-class pass for $150.
60-minute Barre Class Schedule is:
- Wednesdays 7 - 8pm: Barre with Lori
- Thursdays 9:20 - 10:20am: Barre with Joanna
- Saturdays 10:15 - 11:15am: Barre with Lori
Improve posture, flexibility, overall strength and balance. This is a challenging workout that will target the core and legs, while strengthening the entire body.
No dance experience necessary.
