These workouts are pre-recorded and are available exclusively to Stow Fitness members. Workouts will continue to be added to the library. Indoor Cycling Classes will vary in time from 30-minutes to 60-minutes. Journey through a course of endurance flats, dynamic jumps and full-body drill, and resistance based climbs to an instructor-designed playlist. Recorded classes are not recorded with a quality musical sound, but compliment a playlist. Links to the playlist are provided for each video.
