Join veteran trainer, Julie Soar, as she offers a 4-week, 8-class virtual coaching, and training experience. This digital-based small group training team meets on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 8 am. You will be challenged through:
- mobility work to move functionally,
- strength and cardio circuits to keep us strong and heart-healthy, and
- stretch and restorative work to help maintain flexibility and relieve stress.
No equipment required and perfect for all fitness levels. Registration and $150 payment are required for this 8-class series.
