From bootcamp to HIIT to Yoga, we have an assortment of group fitness classes that will make moving a fun, simple, and proven method to get in shape. Join a class and let the energy of the group move you – whether you are in-studio or streaming live from home. Over 40 classes stream every week via ZOOM directly from one of our studios. R30® will get you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. HIIT and HILLS Cycle
A 50-55 minute indoor cycle workout. Journey through a course of endurance flats, dynamic jumps and full-body drill, and resistance based climbs to an instructor-designed playlist.
A 30-45 minute high intensity, interval training workout. Find your intensity options as you move through blocks of trainings – called circuits – designed by your group trainer. In a short time, this efficient workout will deliver measurable results, increase strength, and improved endurance.
Class combines high intensity interval training and plyometric drills using weights, bands and your own body weight. You’ll experience a huge variety of strength and conditioning moves to keep your fitness goals in check! The atmosphere? Zero intimidation. All levels. Yin Yoga with Reiki
Yin Yoga is a slow meditative practice designed to offset our fast paced stressful lives. We will be holding the postures for 3-5 minutes. to help calm the mind, release tension, and develop flexibility. Reiki (Ray-Key) is an ancient, gentle hands on healing art used to facilitate deep relaxation, and promote healing. Enjoy the blend of Yin with Reiki for mental and physical release.
