Registration is required for all group fitness classes, including Live Stream stream and in-person classes. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to your Live Stream class. Live Stream links are only valid within 5 minutes before the start of the scheduled class. Earlier access is not possible.
In addition, members may access registered Stream classes directly through your membership portal. Facebook LIVE classes are available strictly through our member-exclusive group, The Movement Room.
