Challenge runs Monday, December 7th through Thursday, January 7th
Keep moving through the festive season into the New Year of 2021 with our Holiday Movement Challenge. You are challenged to do 25 workouts between 12/7/2020 - 1/7/2021. Each workout must include at least 30-minutes of continuous movement. These workouts can include a:
- walk or hike with the dog,
- 30-minute run or jog,
- yard work or shoveling,
- workout from our On-Demand Library,
- class from our Facebook LIVE options via The Movement Room,
- resistance training at the gym or at home, or
- any of our Live stream workouts
After January 7th, email your completed workout tracker to Dave to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Stow Fitness Center Gift Card. 3 Winners will be randomly selected from the tracker submissions. Winners must be a current Stow Fitness Center member and currently paying monthly dues. Stow Fitness employees or relatives are not qualified to win.

Step 2: Join The Movement Room Facebook Group
Be sure to join our member-exclusive Facebook group, The Movement Room. Request access to join here.
In this group, you can post your weekly goals and workouts, get inspired by the posts, and participate in live workouts with your favorite Stow Fitness Center instructors!
Step 3: Get Started
Upon registering, you will receive an email with your free Holiday Challenge Workout Tracker. Download the easy to use Holiday Challenge Tracking Log Sheet from that email, set your weekly goals, track your activity, and stay on target. As you run, walk, spin, and get in your activity, you can post your workouts in the Facebook group. After January 7th, email your 25 workouts to be entered to win a $50 Stow Fitness Center gift card. Don't worry - we'll remind you to send it in.
