The Outside is Open!
Summer Session II runs July 28th - August 27th
The outside is open as our playground - or workground (however you might think of it). Chris and Zac, two of our incredible Personal Trainers, are geared up to redefine your personal output and performance in our newest small group training - Outdoor Transformation!
Join this 5-week outdoor Bootcamp to transform, recommit, and reconnect. Participate in as many Outdoor Transformation sessions as you want - with 2 offered each week! Train with Zac every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30am.
Look for our signs and meet in the grassy area outside the gym. Work stations will be established in these areas, but you are to bring a workout mat, yoga mat, or towel. All fitness levels are welcomed, as the personal trainers will offer modified movements for any need.
