My wife and I have been members of the Stow Fitness Center since soon after their opening in 2001. We have been very happy with our association with the club over this time – through the good years and the “Covid” years, when they remained a steadfast welcoming retreat for those needing to fortify body and soul – on a 24 hour basis!
They have everything a major gym has to offer – from all the different machine equipment and free weights, in their spacious main area plus their adjoining rooms and 2nd floor balcony. They also have a myriad of Group Fitness classes plus personal trainers and instructors. The staff are very helpful, courteous and easily accessible. The management (Owner, Dave Bundy) has made many improvements and upgrades over the years – and continues to do so in order to keep up with the latest trends in the business. The premises and equipment are always clean with periodic wipe downs by employees.
So whether you want to partake in a group exercise session, retain a personal trainer or go it alone – it’s always a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

When I moved to Stow, my realtor told me this was the gym to go to. She was right. The staff was welcoming when I entered and gave me a tour of the facility. I have had multiple surgeries and each one requires a healing time with modifications on my abilities to workout. Tammy has been great at changing up my workouts depending on which areas of my body need strength training or just getting my full movement back. She is good at quickly adapting to my ever-changing needs in a training session.
