Youths’ Program

Getting your son or daughter off to a positive start in the gym will help them form life long lasting habits. Working with a trainer for 10 half-hour sessions, your son or daughter will learn proper use of equipment, proper form, intensity and gym etiquette.

Perfect for the occassional evaluation session, program tune-up, or one-off skill-development workout. Our session bundles are great for clients who prefer not to commit long-term but still want to work with a knowledgeable Certified Personal Trainer. These sessions may be used at any interval, good for 1 year from date of purchase.

Monthly Sessions

Ideal for leveling up your workout habit and crushing your health and fitness goals. Our Monthly 60-Minute Sessions are good for clients seeking significant improvements who can commit to consistent, well-rounded training week after week. Monthly 30-Minute Sessions are suited for busy people who need efficient workouts to develop and maintain a fitness routine, ensuring consistent progress without a major commitment each week.
Monthly Training comes with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Payments are processed each month with your gym membership.
Unusued training sessions roll over until your program is complete.
